Core Loan Terms

• Interest Rate: 13.5% annual interest

• Origination Fee: 1% (minimum $1,500)

• Loan-To-Value: Up to 70% LTV

• Funding Structure: Up to 100% purchase and 100% rehab as long as total loan remains below or at 70% LTV

• Payments: Interest-only during the project term

• Position: We lend in first lien position only

• Property Insurance Requirement: Property insurance must be paid in full before closing for the entire loan term
